Gym Rat Bake
This is a recipe you want to hold on to if you're looking for tons of protein but don't eat meat. I make it during my detox days and weeks. Low in calories, high in protein and it is very flavorful. Switch out the veggies if you like, just steam the ones that won't cook fast like I did with the broccoli. I used a handful of each veggie, less olives and feta. Butter a baking dish.
32 oz of egg whites
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Salt, pepper, hot pepper flakes
Bake until done at 350, about 45 minutes
