Our products are a direct reflection of my personal lifestyle. I enjoy getting up before dawn and usually keep busy until it’s time to go back to bed. My work days are long and my gym workouts request tons of energy. I close out most days with an hour of mind clarifying meditation. My weekends are relaxed, joyful and....always too short I enjoy great health, have no weight issues and do like to think that eating mindfully and keeping things simple are key to it all. The products we offer deliberately support my immersed vital lifestyle. Below is a short description of all categories. I like to think of them as my therapy.

We now offer our warm lunch bag solutions for kids and adults. Many families have made the change from buying lunches to packing lunches over the past 2-3 years. We have come to understand that eating nutritious meals is vital to not only our health but also our mindset, energy levels, and our overall wellness.

Healing, soothing and deliberately designed herbal teas became a must. What a great concept to first use the hot beverage to keep your meal warm with. Come lunchtime, drink it along with your meal, stimulate your digestive system as needed and improve your overall well-being at the same time. There is no end to good reasons why one should drink herbal teas daily.

Our natural heat packs are ideal to unwind and warm up with. They will help you relax, soothe period cramps or sore gym muscles. Those same packs warm up strollers, cold beds, freezing hands or feet on a chilly winter day. They also soothe many aches and pains due to injury, stress, A/R or fibromyalgia.

AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy was the next logical undertaking as our high-quality essential oils can be directly added to our washable heat packs. My favorite is eucalyptus as I have problems breathing at night.
Eucalyptus opens my airways and I end up sleeping like a baby. Talking about babies...tangerine oil is a sedative and helps many babies and just about anybody else to enter the land of dreams quicker. You can see why adding essential oils to our store was a no-brainer.
MY THERAPY
I am a professional seamstress and love spending weekends creating clothing for woman and kids. Sewing, creating and painting are my creative outlet and therefore my therapy.
Its focus is easy to wear not only around the house but also for leisurely walks in the park, when taking the kids to the playground or heading out for that Sunday brunch. We made sure that fabrics are machine washable, durable and do not wrinkle easily.
ROAR THERAPY
Our creative child and baby clothing inspires kids to play instead of watching TV. The dinosaur inspired collection stimulates their minds to run, chase, giggle and ROAR after a long day of sitting still in school.
