Vegetarian KETO Prep

If you read my post yesterday, I figured out how to keep the daily carbs below 20 grams a day as needed to go into Ketosis. Today’s issue was easier; how can I get my daily 120-150 grams of protein and stick to the rules🤔. I have ordered vegetarian Keto protein powder. No carbs, plenty of protein. Plus it will help me get my daily 2500 plus calories in. I am not looking to lose weight. I simply want to know what Ketosis will do to my energy levels while power lifting. 😎
