A while back we reviewed the Warmables Lunch Kits and we all think they are really great. So I was really excited to review the new Body Warmer from Warmables. Lately I have been freezing and I just can’t get warm. I’m sure it’s the weather changing, but it is no fun. When my Warmables body warmer arrived I couldn’t wait to warm it up and try it out.

Warming it up is fast and easy, you simply microwave it. I put it under the blanket I have on and it warms me right up. And it stays warm for a long time. I haven’t timed it but probably around an hour. It is also really nice for body aches and pains. Just the other day I hurt my back and I was in so much pain. I was so glad I had this microwavable body warmer, because the heat provided me a lot of relief for my back. It is a great Heating Pad.
